John has over 33 years of experience in industrial water treatment using membranes. During his career, he has worked in Engineering, Sales and Product Management. He is currently responsible for research and development of new markets involving advanced filtration and separation technologies and related products including reverse osmosis, nano-filtration, ultrafiltration, micro filtration, and electro-seperations with an emphasis on valuable selectivity, lower energy, higher water recovery and robust process applications. He has been focused on PFAS market for over six (6) years.

Noah Weiss
Lab Manager, Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions
Noah completed his PhD in analytical chemistry from Arizona State University and has 15 years of experience working in industrial support labs with advanced spectroscopic, chromatographic, and mass spectrometry based instrumentation. Currently, he is a Lab Manager for Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions at the Tomball, TX facility overseeing advanced testing support in a variety of industrial matrices. Noah led the implementation of EPA 533 for PFAS analysis by LC-MS and has also developed test methods outside the scope of standard methods to provide unique insights for the water treatment industry.

Jim has over 41 years of experience in the hazardous waste industry and is Veolia’s member representative on NAEM’s Affiliate Council. He’s held several different positions in the waste management industry; from sales representative to program manager to product manager. Currently, Jim is responsible for the development and implementation of marketing programs, sales initiatives, communication materials, the management of the company’s online presence and strategic market research and planning.

Tom is responsible for leading the company's global government affairs strategy and operations. He manages regulatory, legislative, political, and reputational risks while also seeking out growth opportunities within the water sector.

Tom has over two decades of experience in water resource management, with particular expertise in drought and climate adaptation, water infrastructure, nature-based solutions, the energy-water nexus, and water markets. Previously, Tom was a Senior Policy Advisor and Director of Water Scarcity and Drought Resilience in The Nature Conservancy's global food and water program.
